Repair
Rehabilitation usually resolves in the same day. We provide pictures before, during, and after completion for the client. This also gives peace of mind for inspectors wanting to document the repairs.
Post- Repair
Once a repair has completed and been documented we will warranty that point for one year. Any other leaks that occur around this area are not covered and are considered a separate point of infiltration.
